Kathy Isbell

National Project Director for B-Sew Inn

Kathy Isbell

Kathy’s mother taught her hand embroidery at the age of four, and at age 10, she began using her mother’s sewing machine. Kathy made her own clothing all through high school, and eventually, her children’s clothing, her husband’s shirts, items for her home, and a daughter’s wedding dress.
In 1995, Kathy began a home-based business, specializing in custom crib sets, home décor, t-shirt and memory quilts, machine embroidery and later, store displays for B-Sew Inn.

Kathy has been a contributing writer for “Designs in Machine Embroidery” magazine since 2004, and has had many articles published. She also enjoys teaching machine embroidery, embroidery software programs, and helping people learn more about their machines, software and computers.
Kathy loves to create and enjoys a challenge, and has recently accepted a position as National Project Director for B-Sew Inn.

Kathy will be creating club projects for all five B-Sew Inn stores, and will be teaching club at the Oklahoma City and Muskogee stores (visit our calendars page for dates).  You will see her, from time-to-time, at special events hosted by B-Sew Inn, and she will be happy to visit with you and answer any questions you may have regarding embroidery and software.
