Question: Who qualifies for Education Division Discounts?
Answer: Schools & Educators that utilize the equipment we offer in the pursuit of enhancing the lives and education of their students, staff, and communities.
Question: How much discount is available?
Answer: It depends on the product, but the discounts range from 20%-47% off MSRP. You can view products at the discounted rate, by logging in with your Education Division User Name & Password. The pricing will automatically convert from Retail Pricing to School & Educator Division Pricing.
Questions: How do I get a password so that I can view the Education Division prices?
Answer: Email firstname.lastname@example.org and request one. You will need to join our Education Division database before it will be sent to you. Use either the box titled, I Need More Information On.. or Join our Education Division Database. Both boxes will allow you to send us the needed information to confirm your eligibility.
Question: I’ve heard that you can’t ship to my location. Is that correct?
Answer: We are now a National Education Division and authorized to ship our entire product line to school locations in all 50 states. – Before you can place an order, you will need to join our Education Division Database, and you can do that by following the information in the previous question.
Question: I live in a state that has a B-Sew Inn retail store. Can I go by and pick up items for my classroom at the store?
Answer: Yes, but you will need to take a copy of your Purchase Order if you are requesting that the school be invoiced for your selection. If you pay with your own funds, you will receive the Education Division Discount, but you will pay Sales Tax, according to law. Whether you are purchasing for yourself OR for your school, the final invoice will be generated thru the Education Division. This means you will receive initial paperwork at the store, but it will be completed and finalized within 2-3 business days thru the Education Division.
Question: How much do I estimate the shipping charge to be on my order?
Answer: Unless you specify elsewise, we will ship by UPS Ground Rate for most packages.
Question: What if there is a sale going on when I shop at the store and that price is lower than my regular discount?
Answer: You will be charged the LOWER price, if a product is on sale for an amount lower than your regular discount.
Question: Can I fax in my order? Can I email in my order?
Answer: Faxed orders should be sent to 1-800-689-3288; Emailed orders should be sent to email@example.com
Question: How do I participate in the program that awards machines at our Summer Conferences each year?
Answer: The Education Challenge is available for FACS Educators in the states of Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas and Educators on our School Loaner Program. The NEW Challenge information posts to our web-link during the month of November each year. You can view the previous year’s information to gain an understanding of the promotion, but please know that there are ALWAYS changes.
Question: How do I get training on my equipment?
Answer: Guide Classes are free on any purchased equipment for as long as you or your school owns it. We post schedules of each retail stores’ monthly selection on this website. You can access it by clicking Here. Once you have selected the location that you want to be trained, you can select a class and sign up right online. If you need assistance registering online, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll assist you thru the process. We also post links to the Guide Class Calendars in the Signature Line of all our outgoing Education Division Emails. This is often a handy method for educators on the go.
Question: How do I set up servicing for my classroom machines?

Question: How come Twitter Tuesday doesn’t go year round?
Answer: For now, Twitter Tuesday flits on and off the schedule. The prizes are fun and it is a unique learning opportunity, but there are some times of the year that are too hectic to squeeze this in.

Question: Can I use a School Purchase Order to place on online order?
Answer: You can use a School Purchase Order to place an online order provided that you are logged in using your Education Division user name and password. If you need assistance with gaining this login, or using your login, email email@example.com or call 1-888-560-3227 x107. You will need to fax a copy of the purchase order to 1-800-689-3228.
Question: I need a printable quote for a grant application I’m working on. Can you help with that?
Answer: Absolutely. Call 1-888-560-3227 ext 107 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and give me an idea of the type of equipment you are thinking about adding to your grant request. I can make suggestions if you would like.
Question: My school is in the state of Oklahoma and I am tax exempt. The online system keeps adding sales tax to the amount. What do I do?
Answer: First be certain that you are logged in using your Education Division user name & password. Many schools are already designated as tax exempt, but if yours is not, we can manually adjust the account settings. We will need a copy of your tax exempt letter for our files. You can fax it to 1-800-689-3288 or email it to email@example.com –Once we have documentation supporting your tax exempt status, we will add the tax exempt designation to the school account.
Question: I am recently retired from teaching FACS. Do I still get to keep my discounts?
Answer: Your educator discounts will remain valid for 6 months past the first month that you don’t continue teaching. Example: If you retire in May 2016, the first month that you wouldn’t be teaching would be August of 2016. Your educator discounts would be valid until February 2017. If you would like to extend your discounts, you can easily do so by joining our Retired Educator Volunteer Program. By assisting the Education Division with a program, event, exhibit, or training during the upcoming year, your Educator Discounts do not expire for an additional 12 months. Lots of educators like to help out with our Summer Conference Booths and Educator Open Houses. It is a great time to see old friends and keep your discounts going.
