Shipping Details/Time
We ship UPS, USPS or other common carriers for oversized and heavy items.
Shipping times vary for the wide range of products that we carry; most items are
shipped within 1-3 business days from our Oklahoma warehouse. You will be given
an estimated arrival date at time of order. Shipping charges are added to your
order based on total dollar amount of order shipped to each delivery address
within the US (excludes Hawaii & Alaska) OR the flat shipping charges for
oversized or heavy items. Standard Ground Service requires 7-10 business days.
Shipping Restrictions
Most items we sell can be shipped without restriction within the US (except
Hawaii & Alaska). However, due to territory restrictions, certain brands of
products including Baby Lock and Designer’s Gallery Software may not be shipped
beyond the established territory for the authorized retailer.
B-Sew Inn is the world’s largest retailer and serves the tri-state area of
Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri. We may ship, without restriction, all products
within the states of Oklahoma and Arkansas; and a portion of southern Missouri.
This includes Baby Lock and Designer’s Gallery Software as well as the other
thousands of items we offer in our stores or on our website. If you live outside
our authorized territory, a Sewing Consultant from B-Sew Inn will contact you to
discuss options for shipping or delivery.
Order Status
Please wait 48 hours after you place your order to check the status. You can
call Customer Service at-1-866-854-9474. Make sure you have your order number
when you call.
Product Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied, merchandise can be returned for credit or refund
within 30 days of purchase. For return instructions, see pack list or call
1-866-854-9474, M-F, 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Central time. Shipping and handling
charges are not refundable. Deductions on multiple savings items are subject to
reduction if merchandise is returned.
Order Cancellation
Please call Customer Service at 1-866-854-9474.for order cancellation. We will
attempt to cancel any unshipped order, provided you notify us within 24 hours of
placing your order.
