I just wanted you to see how beautiful you made life for these Blackfeet elders. They love their machines. I taught them a "Debbie" training class. They were amazed especially with the needle threader. Ruby, a lady who didn't sew until she came to the group, caught on so fast that they are teasing her about her ability to not sew. They now call her the sleeper. She was so impressed with the blind him stitch that she brought in her slacks the next day that needed to be hemmed. After the initial training, I had them do a small project--my decorative bib. This taught them how to crazy quilt. Then they could use the Espire to embellish their bibs with decorative stitches. I told them that this gave them a sample of the decorative stitches. Doreen was so excited that she said she was going to ask for the key on the weekends to spend it doing decorative stitching on her things. She used decorative stitching on her sewing machine cover. Speaking of which, they wanted to make covers for their new machines. We put their names in the machine so that they could put their names on their bibs and machine covers. I gave them a crash course on the Espire. I will have to take a course on the Espire so that I can show them how to take full advance of their new Espire. They thought the Espire machine was mine. I told them no that it was their new Cadillac. Their new Maria machines were the Chevies and the Espire was their Cadillac. When they used the Espire to decorative stitch, I told Maizie to put the foot down. I meant using the button, but she put her own foot down stamping it on the floor. We had a good laugh on that one. We had so much fun sewing and learning about the machines. I can't express how much they like their new machines and what fun we had. Thank you so much for helping make sewing easier for these ladies.

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the seminar in Tulsa last Saturday. It was so enjoyable and so much more than just sweatshirts! Just wish I could have bought everything! The staff at the Tulsa Store were wonderful and made the entire day such fun. Thank you for all the hard work and for making our day such a fun day! We love our store and the staff in Muskogee too!

Barbara Thorp & Faith Sarber from Muskogee

Mary,

It was very obvious that your staff worked very hard to have a successful Mary Mulari event. The store looked great, everything was well organized and the staff was very helpful. Mary was very good and of course the star of the show. But you had some stars of your own. Sue worked diligently as did Susie to make things easy for all of us. And when people started talking about ordering things online from Nancy’s Notions during the question and answer session Mel did a great job of chidingly making them realize that their continued support of BSI was what would allow you to continue to bring in the great names that we are experiencing this year.

All in all it was great. I really can see that you and your staff are trying to make it a store for all of us to meet and greet and have fun in. I know it is a lot of work and again if I can assist with cutting kits or doing things to prepare for some of the events I will be happy to support you in whatever way I can, based on my availability of course.

Mary,

The Embroidery University garment bag was a great project for the Ellisimo owners. I really enjoyed it and I know others did also. It was fun, informative and really a wonderful review for some things.

While I am not able to get to as many of the clubs as I would like this year most of the ones I have attended have been fun and we are seeing new things.

Thanks for listening to all of us and making changes that make it fun for the old-timers as well as the new comers. Sometimes we ALL leave excited and pumped up over the same project!

And again thanks for the special Ellisimo project. It was fun to do and fun to be special.

Audrey

I just wanted to say that it was so fun at Muskogee B Sew Inn today. What a ball we had, so much fun and learned lots today there. I hope you continue to do this thank you again Oma and Linda and everyone.

I just attended the first monthly serger club in with Debbie Hendricks in Tulsa.  My opinion is the class was great!!  Thank you for implementing the free monthly clubs on different subjects.  I have the Ellegante and the Evolve which I use often and love them.  I learn something in every club or class, and have been doing so with KaRon for years.  She always does a great job, too.  I plan to attend as many as I can. I enjoyed the Nancy Zieman Retreat, and am looking forward to John Deere again!
Thanks again.

Thank you Mary for your muskogee girls! Oma, Linda, Janice, have always been very helpful. My mother Catherine Rose, has been a customer longer than I, but since I have been a customer we have had nothing but great service, and we have actually brought projects down for them to bail us out! Oma always gives my mother a big hug everytime we walk in, but when you think about the fact that my mother is almost 88 years old and would tackle the Elisimo, a highly sophisticated machine, says volumes about how user friendly the Babylock is, and the fact that we can pick up the phone or show up and the girls are always there eager to help us. thanks,
- Carol

I spent the day today working with my new baby (my Ellisamo) and while I was very busy (and highly stressed trying to get ready for the holidays) - my mind turned to all of the things that I had to be thankful for.  I will not bore you with the list as it is a very long one.

But - one of the things on the list was your company and your employees.   My sewing and my embroidery is my escape and relaxation.   Your company has provided the avenue to help me -but even more than that - I feel like family in your store.   I walk in and am greeted by name (I am in there A LOT).  I can always go there to learn new things or get advice.   Mel and the rest of the staff let me know how welcome I am there.    I sometimes run into Mel at Hancocks or other places and she always takes time to visit with me.

I had the good fortune to finally get to take the Ellisamo class on Saturday with Karon.   As usual, she blew me away with her creative ideas and the simple things that I would never had thought of.   Even more than that though,  there was a more mature customer in the class whose house had burned down and she was getting a new Ellisamo.   Karon was going to her house on Sunday to help her set it up.   She mentioned that she would bring some extra household items that she had at home to help this customer.  Customer service - YES and beyond.

Mary, you truly have something special in your Tulsa store.   I am sure it is the same at your other stores, I just have not had the opportunity to experience it.   But your Tulsa staff always makes me feel like I am their favorite customer.  If I need a smile, I know where to go.  Thank you
- Sharon

I wanted to thank you for the great Christmas celebration that B Sew treated their customers to in Tulsa.

As always Joan put on enthusiastic and entertaining presentations.  She is great as is your Tulsa staff.

I read your letter to your customers and can see that you are really striving to make 2009 fun and exciting. I am looking forward to many of the things I read about.

Thanks again and Merry Christmas to you and those you love.

Mary, I want to say a few words of praise for the Fayetteville store. As you know I have been a customer of BSewInn for many years and I really don't know how our community got along when we didn't have your store. Jenny is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met, both with all the machines and software. She is willing to listen to our sometime, silly questions, and come up with ideas that most of us can use. Luke is great in getting our machines back to us asap. Jenny and Luke are the best assets that BSewInn can have. Can't say enough for the great service.

I have been a customer of Fayetteville B-Sew Inn since I came to the first class just because I was curious. (it was not long after the store opened) Jenny was wonderful in that class.  We made a pillowcase with a split design on an Esante machine and I took the machine home with me that night.  Jenny has helped me out of more than one mess since then.  Our classes in club are always so much fun,  I am not sure you realize what a treasure you have in her

We miss Karen since she has gone on the road but Jenny is our rock  I got to see her this afternoon. I am missing my clubs lately since I have to be out of town all week while the Legislature is in session but I usually visit when I come home.

The store has been wonderful for us in this area.  I do wish Jenny had time for more classes, since she usually has to leave us for a few minutes  even during our club times to help someone on the floor. She seems to have all the knowledge.  I want you to know how much we appreciate her.  Oh, and I really appreciate Luke and his knowledge and caring nature.  He goes above and beyond when it is needed and we are in a pinch.

Again, thank YOU for the store.  I have purchased two Esante machines, a Wave Serger, a hem stitch machine and more supplies than I care for my husband to ask me about......Thank you
- Jo

I went into the Fayetteville store looking for a part to an old sewing machine and I sure am glad that I did. Jenny was the first employee I met there and she was great. I was recouvering from back surgery and was unable to do most of the activities I was used to doing. Jenny invited me to attend a classe on serging that was comming up, I owned a serger but had no idea how to sew with it so I went to a couple of classes and ended up purchasing a Baby Lock. The company of the friendly staff and other class members was just what the doctor ordered. They lifted my spirits greatly and I apreciate all the time they spent helping me. Over the past several years Jenny and the rest of the staff at the Fayetteville store have become more like an extended family. I attended the John Deer event this past weekend and truly enjoyed my self. I had never been to one of these before. I want to THANK all of the staff at the Fayetteville store and B SewInn for the opportunity to meet new friends and share the enthusasium. The friendly feeling and wormth felt when you walk in to the store makes you want to come back again. I refer any one interested in sewing to visit the Fayette B Sew Inn store.

Mary, I'm so glad I found Shawn Williams at your store! He is the Best! Shawn has cleaned and serviced my Bernini Machines for years. He is quick and accurate in caring for my sewing machine. You hired a super worker...I would not go to anyone else!!!!

Mary: Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the PJ party last night in the Tulsa store. We had loads of fun and enjoyed the company of others that we really had not made an acquaintance with before. The hosts were great and sewed along with us and helped us when we need help. Thanks again and I hope we can do this again! ! ! Susan

Hey Girl:

Thanks so much for allowing us to have a "Blast". We had so much fun. Laughed, ate just played. I even learned to cut out a pattern. I am going to try to make a skirt. This is going to a challenge. I had brought my gown (had to find one in the bottom of a drawer) and even brought my curlers. Was afraid that I would have to drive home in a hurry, so didn't put them on. We had fires just a half block from our house. Thank God the wind was going in a direction away from us. But a friend of ours lost all their baled hay and their cows took off in several directions. We did find them all the next morning unhurt. So thankful for that. Anyway so much for goofy chatter. Do thank you so much. It was really a lot of fun. They have even talked me into going to Martha Pullen. Everyone seems to think that I might learn something. Will try. Thanks for all you do and God Bless.

Carlette
