How to Die Cut 4-Color Butterfly Pieced Blocks:

For best cutting results, position fabric on the lengthwise grain (straight of grain) as it goes under the roller. Tip: The die is specially designed to cut two complete 4-color 9″ blocks in one pass through the cutter.

• Fabric Colors 1 & 2: Cut A and B together. Cut two of each color: 10¾” x 10¼” rectangles. Fanfold layers over shapes A and B to cut.
• Fabric Color 3: Cut C, D, E and F together. Cut four 77⁄8″ x 5″ rectangles. Place right side up over shapes C, D, E and F to cut.
• Fabric Color 4: Cut two 1¾” x 57⁄8″ rectangles. Place right side up over shape G to cut.

Measurements:

• Finished Size: 9″ Finished Block (22.9 cm).

Note: Cut size dimensions not included due to non-standard shapes.
