unload your studio(s) and other items at a safe place outside your home: such as a front door entry, patio, garage, or other flat,
level surface with no lifting up or down stairs. Moving the studio(s) inside the home and assembly is the responsibility of the

2. Room of Choice Delivery:
$399 first model and $199 for each additional model delivered together. A delivery team will bring
your studio(s) and accessory items into your room of choice, upstairs or downstairs. The unpackaging, assembly, and removal of
packaging is the responsibility of the buyer. Service provides for up or downstairs carry limited of one flight of stairs totaling 20
steps, with one manageable landing. * see terms below
3. Top Drawer Delivery Plus:
$599 first model and $199 for each additional model delivered together. Our most inclusive service
includes delivery and complete assembly of studio(s) in your room of choice, upstairs or downstairs, and removes all packaging
materials. Complete assembly includes: attachment of casters, back-leaf extensions, interior adjustable shelves, machine and
machine insert placement, and machine lift test. Service provides for up or downstairs carry limits of one flight of stairs totaling
20 steps, with one manageable landing. *see terms below
Note: Koala’s Top Drawer Delivery Plus service is only available through participating Koala Retailers and can be fulfilled
in four ways:
1. Retailer receives the Koala Studio shipment directly and schedules and completes the Top Drawer Delivery Plus service.

Any remnants of the stabilizer around the design will wash out in the laundry.
