Discover the Machine Every Creative Studio Needs

Try the Baby Lock Sashiko in a one-day hands-on class while creating an Americana-themed table runner in celebration of America’s 250th birthday.

The Baby Lock Sashiko is a creative experience unlike anything else in the sewing studio. While inspired by the look of Japanese hand-stitching, it allows you to create texture, embellishment, and artistic detail that goes far beyond tradition. This event is designed especially for those who have always wanted to try the Sashiko but never have.

Creative enthusiasts, quilters, sewists, embroiderers, and makers of all kinds—especially those who do not yet own a Baby Lock Sashiko.

Create an Americana-themed table runner while celebrating America’s 250th birthday. Project fabrics and exact details may vary slightly.

Full-day class from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM; project kit with fabric, thread, and stabilizer; use of the Baby Lock Sashiko and accessories; instruction with BSI Specialist Susan Anderson; classroom supplies; light lunch and refreshments.
