Shipping & Delivery

We will ship to locations within the United States.  We do not ship to other countries at this time.

We ship most orders via UPS Ground.  Small packages weighing less than 1 pound may ship USPS Priority Mail.  On orders that qualify for free freight, B-Sew Inn reserves the right to choose the carrier of our choice to accommodate the most efficient method of getting the product to you.  Please keep in mind UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.  If you list a PO Box as your shipping address the merchandise will be shipped via USPS.

Expedited shipping is available on most items.  Please keep in mind expedited shipping is referring to when the item is sent out, not from the time the item is ordered.  If we have the item in stock, we can typically have the item sent out within 1 business day of receiving your order. 

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.  Orders placed on Friday after 2PM, Central Time, Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday.  Processing and shipping does not take place on weekends or holidays. 

Any customer that refuses their package will be charged the original shipping cost, plus the cost of shipping to have the item returned back to us.

Privacy & Security

Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.  Your information will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. We take precautions to protect your information both online and offline.  Sensitive data, such as credit card numbers, are encrypted and submitted to us in a secure way.  Any and all information we have from you is also protected offline.  Only employees who need your information to perform a specific task, such as customer service, are allowed access to personally identifiable information.  For our complete Privacy Policy please click here.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call or e-mail us.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your B-Sew Inn experience.  If, for any reason, a product you purchased does not meet your expectations, exchange it or return the product for a refund within 30 days of purchase.  We do have a few exceptions.  Opened software, embroidery design collections cannot be returned.  We will exchange defective items.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Deductions on multiple savings items are subject to reduction if merchandise is returned.

Return/Exchange Process

  • Contact our Customer Service Department a Return Authorization Number - Toll Free 1-866-854-9474 (M-F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT)
  • Send returns via UPS, FedEx, or First Class mail.  B-Sew Inn is not responsible for lost returned packages.
  • Shipping charges will not be applied for an even exchange of the same item.  However, shipping charges will apply to exchanges for new items.
  • Damaged or Defective Merchandise - Contact customer service for replacement
  • Refunds: If your original order was paid by credit card, a credit will automatically be applied to the same credit card.

Cancellations

If a cancellation request is made, and the order has not yet shipped, the order may be stopped and a refund made.  However, if the item has already shipped, wait to receive your item, then follow the Return/Exchange Process listed above.

Forms of Payment

We accept 4 major credit cards: Discover, American Express, MasterCard and Visa. We must be able to verify your credit card, so the billing address you provide must match the address to which your credit card statements are sent. We also require the security code found on all major credit cards. If you are unable to provide this information at checkout, your order will be placed on hold. 

We also accept check or money order.  We will ship your order when the payment clears our bank account, which is typically within 1 business day of being deposited.  Please send your Check/Money Order made out to B-Sew Inn LLC to the following address:

If you wish to pay via a PayPal account, please proceed through the checkout process.  At the end of the checkout process you can choose to pay via PayPal.  This link will make sure your order information is stored correctly during the transaction. 

 If you have a B-Sew Inn online gift card, select “Pay with Gift Card” in the checkout process.  Enter the Gift Code #, and then select “Add Gift Card”.  If you have any questions about using Gift Certificates, call us Toll Free at 1-866-854-9474 (M-F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT).

Pricing & Promotions

Our website may contain errors, have missing or outdated information, including pricing errors.  We reserve the right to update information, correct any errors or omissions at any time without prior notice, including prices.  In the event corrections were made after you place your order, we will attempt to contact you before processing your order.  If we are unable to contact you, we will process your order and you may return the item if it does not meet your needs.  If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse orders for that item.  We also reserve the right to limit quantities, even after your order has been submitted on our website.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Viewing Orders

You can view your order status at any time, by simply logging into your account.  Select My Account in the top left hand corner of the screen.  Click on Login.  Enter your username and password.
