Shipping and Handling Information

General Shipping Information

    We ship most online orders from our warehouse located in Muskogee, Oklahoma.  Our team will process your order in a timely fashion.  Most orders ship in 1-3 business days.  We do not ship online orders on Saturday or Sunday.  While our stores are open on Saturdays our shipping warehouse is only open Monday thru Friday.  Please note shipping times are estimates and do not include processing time. 

    Please keep in mind that UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes. If you put a PO Box as your shipping address the merchandise will be shipped via USPS.  Providing a PO Box as your shipping address will not cause us to ship via USPS for you.

 *At this time we only ship orders within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).  We do not ship international orders.

 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges in the shopping cart are accurate UPS published rates.  We do not inflate any shipping charges.  These charges are based on the size and weight, as well as the destination of your order.

 Shipping Restrictions

    Most items we sell can be shipped without restriction within the US (except Hawaii & Alaska). However, due to territory restrictions, certain brands of products including Baby Lock and Designer’s Gallery Software may not be shipped beyond the established territory for the authorized retailer.

    B-Sew Inn is the world’s largest Baby Lock retailer and serves the tri-state area of Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri. We may ship, without restriction, all products within the state of Oklahoma, a portion of western Arkansas; and a portion of southern Missouri. This includes Baby Lock and Designer’s Gallery Software as well as some other items we offer in our stores or on our website. If you live outside our authorized territory, a Sewing Consultant from B-Sew Inn will contact you to discuss options for shipping or delivery.

 Order Status

    You will receive email updates as your order is processed alerting you to status changes.  You will also receive an email once your order ships, including a tracking number.  You can check your order status at anytime by logging into your account on our website.  You may also call Customer Service at-1-866-854-9474, Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:00pm CST).  Please have your order number ready.
