Shipping & Delivery
General Shipping Information
We ship most online orders from our warehouse located in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Our team will process your order in a timely fashion. Most orders ship in 1-3 business days. We do not ship online orders on Saturday or Sunday. While our stores are open on Saturdays our shipping warehouse is only open Monday thru Friday. Please note shipping times are estimates and do not include processing time.
Please keep in mind that FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. If you put a PO Box as your shipping address the merchandise will be shipped via USPS. Providing a PO Box as your shipping address will not cause us to ship via USPS for you.
*At this time we only ship orders within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We do not ship international orders.
Any customer that refuses their package will be charged the original shipping cost, plus the cost of shipping to have the item returned back to us.
Privacy & Security
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your B-Sew Inn experience. If, for any reason, a product you purchased does not meet your expectations, exchange it or return the product for a refund within 30 days of purchase. We do have a few exceptions. Opened software, embroidery design collections cannot be returned. We will exchange defective items. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Deductions on multiple savings items are subject to reduction if merchandise is returned.

- Send returns via UPS, FedEx, or First Class mail. B-Sew Inn is not responsible for lost returned packages.
- Shipping charges will not be applied for an even exchange of the same item. However, shipping charges will apply to exchanges for new items.
- Damaged or Defective Merchandise - Contact customer service for replacement
- Refunds: If your original order was paid by credit card, a credit will automatically be applied to the same credit card.

If a cancellation request is made, and the order has not yet shipped, the order may be stopped and a refund made. However, if the item has already shipped, wait to receive your item, then follow the Return/Exchange Process listed above.
Forms of Payment
We accept 3 major credit cards: Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We must be able to verify your credit card, so the billing address you provide must match the address to which your credit card statements are sent. We also require the security code found on all major credit cards. If you are unable to provide this information at checkout, your order will be placed on hold.
We also accept check or money order. We will ship your order when the payment clears our bank account, which is typically within 1 business day of being deposited. Please send your Check/Money Order made out to B-Sew Inn LLC to the following address:B-Sew Inn

If you wish to pay via a PayPal account, please proceed through the checkout process. At the end of the checkout process you can choose to pay via PayPal. This link will make sure your order information is stored correctly during the transaction.

Pricing & Promotions
Our website may contain errors, have missing or outdated information, including pricing errors. We reserve the right to update information, correct any errors or omissions at any time without prior notice, including prices. In the event corrections were made after you place your order, we will attempt to contact you before processing your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will process your order and you may return the item if it does not meet your needs. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse orders for that item. We also reserve the right to limit quantities, even after your order has been submitted on our website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
You can view your order status at any time, by simply logging into your account. Select My Account in the top left hand corner of the screen. Click on Login. Enter your username and password.
