Warranty: Our preowned inventory has been traded by our customers purchasing a new machine. Prior to selling, machines are inspected and serviced by factory trained technicians. We do not represent or make any claim regarding the manufacturer’s warranty. Pictures of actual machines are used unless otherwise stated and when possible, supplemented by factory photos for more detail. Our warranty varies based on the age and condition of the machine. Select models are still current and available new at a higher price. We offer a guaranteed 30-day return policy on all preowned machines. If you have any issues with your purchase, please feel free to contact us as we always want to make it right.
Shipping: After photography, machines are carefully packed and properly protected for shipment. We use FedEx Ground for most shipments. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for return authorization and details; RA # must be written on the outside of the box. The machine must be returned to us in the same condition it was received in, including all parts and accessories. The buyer is responsible for packing and protecting the machine for shipping. Machines may not be returned to our retail locations. A credit will be issued within 3 business days, in the same form as the original payment, after machine is received and inspected.
