To order online and/or view School & Educator Pricing, you will need a B-Sew Inn Education Division Login. To see if you qualify to participate in our National Program, you should view Question #1 in our FAQ Section. If you are ordering with School Funds, you should request that the Account Name be listed under your School Name. If you are ordering with Personal Funds, you should request that the Account Name be listed under your own name. The discount will be the same, and we suggest that you request two Accounts to be set-up. One for you and one for your school.
Using this special login is the only way that you will be able to see ALL the discounted pricing on this website. Once you are logged in with your B-Sew Inn Education Division user name and password, the information will automatically be displayed at School & Educator Pricing. There will also be more products displayed that are only available to Schools & Educators in our Education Division Database. You may browse the product section for ideas, future purchases and place orders directly thru the on-line system.
Using the Online System to Place Your Order
We are happy to accept your purchase order for payment. During the checkout process, select the “Purchase Order” payment option, fill out the “Purchase Order Number” text field and send a copy of your purchase order to us one of two ways:

Classifications of Tax Exempt Purchases
All online orders delivered to locations outside of the states of Oklahoma, Missouri & Arkansas will process as tax exempt, due to their out-of-state delivery address. If your order is shipping to a location within one of the three states listed above, you are welcome to provide us with valid documentation that your order should process as tax exempt. We cannot process orders as tax exempt without this documentation. You must fax a copy of your tax exemption certificate to 1-800-689-3227 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org within two business days to avoid being charged tax. After receiving current documentation, we can designate your account with a tax-exempt status. Additional future orders will require that our copy of the invoice be noted with a statement that the products are being used in compliance with your tax-exempt status and a signature will be required for our records. We will provide you with the required authorization form by email or fax. If your Purchase Orders contain a printed notation that the products are being used in compliance with the tax exempt statutes of your state, you will not need to complete the paper listed above.
Many items on our site ship via UPS. Because of differences in size, weight and manufacturer, we sometimes need to calculate these manually to ensure that you get the lowest price. The easiest way to determine estimated shipping costs is to view the estimate that appears in the shopping cart. Please keep in mind that this estimate may not reflect every discount that is available on your particular order. When possible, we attempt to have machine orders drop-shipped from our vendors to your school location so that we do not need to charge any amount for shipping. Some orders are complex and it may be necessary to work with us over the phone to get the lowest price on a large order or multiple quantity orders. Our number is 1-888-560-3227 x107.
Ordering Online for In-Store Pick-up
School & Educator Purchases are fulfilled with stock from our main warehouse or shipped directly to your school location from our vendor. If you would like to avoid shipping charges we can arrange for your order to be trucked to any one of our B-Sew Inn Retail Locations with their regular weekly stock delivery. This may or may not add extra days to the delivery schedule due to the timing of your order placement. We will work to get it to the delivery location as quickly as possible.
Finding the Product You Need
Helpful information is available throughout our website and the B-Sew Inn Education Division is available to answer questions during Core Office Hours of 10:00 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday. If you don't find the product you're looking for, please allow us the opportunity to be of assistance. We carry some items in our retail locations that does not make it to the on-line ordering system. We can help locate it for you and still provide a School & Educator Discount even if it is not on this site.
B-Sew Inn Education Division accepts purchase orders from state and federally funded institutions including, public K-12 schools, state colleges/universities, public libraries, municipalities and all branches of the military. We require that we have enough account information on file to process the order and payment smoothly. Once we have the account information, we will utilize it for future Purchase Orders and Charge Card Purchases. The information will be updated as needed.
When paying with a purchase order, a copy of the P.O. must be received by us before the order will be processed. We'll call to remind you about this. The P.O. may be faxed to us at 1-800-689-3288, emailed to email@example.com.
Purchases Made with School Charge Cards
B-Sew Inn Education Division accepts payment on School Orders made with Charge Cards that have been issued in the School Name. We can accept payment on a School Account made by a personal charge card, but the order will not carry the tax exempt status of the school. This is the procedure even if we have tax exempt documentation on file. Personal Charge Cards cannot be used for Tax Exempt School Classifications. If the order is tax exempt due to a delivery location outside of Missouri, Oklahoma & Arkansas, the order will retain its tax exempt status.
